Here are some programs I am working in or have worked with in the past.
Platypus: The CASTAC Blog (2026)
As a member of the 2026 CE (Contributing Editors) and MCE (Multimodal Contributing Editors) cohort of the Platypus, the official blog of the Committee for the Anthropology of Science, Technology, and Computing and one of the leading anthropology blogs, I curated and produced multimodal blog essays engaging with the anthropology of science and technology and science and technology studies (STS), integrating visual, audio, and experimental ethnographic media.
Webster Fellows at Green College (2025)
I was selected by Green College, UBC as the recipient of the R. Howard Webster Foundation Fellowship for the 2025–26 academic year. This award recognizes commitment to collaborative leadership within our interdisciplinary graduate community. As a Webster Fellow, I contribute to building teamwork, mentoring peers, and strengthening Green College’s vibrant ethos of shared learning and engagement.
NYU Culture and Media (2023~2025)
As a participating student in the Certificate Program in Culture and Media at New York University, I am pursuing a specialized joint course of study offered by the Departments of Anthropology and Cinema Studies. This program, which leads to a New York State Certificate in Culture and Media, complements my ongoing studies in Anthropology.
The Korean Association of Literature and Film (2025)

Margaret Mead Film Festival (2024)
As a pre-screener for the 2025 Margaret Mead Film Festival, I have the exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the most prestigious ethnographic film festivals in the world. My role involves viewing, ranking, and reviewing film submissions from mid-November through February 28th, helping to shape the festival's program. This position aligns perfectly with my passion for documentary film and visual anthropology, allowing me to engage with diverse stories that explore the intricate relationships between communities and cultures.
Society for Cultural Anthropology (2024~2028)
As a Contributing Editor for the Visual and New Media Review Section of the Society for Cultural Anthropology (SCA), I have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge digital content. In this role, I contribute to creating, editing, and curating material specifically focused on visual anthropology and new media for the SCA website and social media platforms.
